What does it cost?

Each time you send an SMS to 199mcode a fee of 55c including GST will be charged to your mobile phone account. There are no other costs or hidden charges. You will get no nasty surprises on your telephone bill.

The first time you send an SMS to 199mcode you will need to supply us with your email address. If you do not do this you will receive a message prompting you to try again with the keyword of the promotion you are interested in followed by your email address.

This second SMS will also cost you 55c including GST. However, you only have to supply your email address to mcode™ once.

Will I get sent unsolicited email or SMS messages?

Never. Each time you send a valid key word to 199mcode you will receive an SMS message confirming that your request has been received and a single email sent to your inbox. That's it.

How do you know my email address?

The first time you use mcode™ you must SMS us the keyword followed by your email address. Your email address is then recorded by mcode™ along with your mobile phone number. The next time you use mcode™ we will recognise you by your phone number and send the email to the address we have recorded for you. See mcode™ Basics for further information.

What happens if I SMS the wrong keyword?

A response message will be sent back to you informing you that the keyword was not recognised. You will need to send another SMS to 199mcode with the correct keyword.

What happens if I SMS the wrong email address?

You will need to send another SMS to 199mcode consisting of the keyword for the promotion followed by your correct email address.

What happens if my email address changes?

Simply SMS the word CHANGE followed your new email address to 199mcode. All future emails will be sent to your new email address.
